Mental health and tired
Hi I have been feeling buzzing feeling in my head and generally feel tired and drowsy. By evening 6-7 I just feel dead tired and drowsy. Why is this happening and should be my next action.

Hi, Lifestyle modifications like quit smoking, alcohol, stress etc.., Take adequate rest, exercises, sleep for 7-8hours per day, try to avoid working in odd shifts if possible.. Add more of dried fruits, milk, meat, egg, poultry, green leafy vegetables to your diet....
