I had done my ultrasound and the results were BOTH OVARIES ARE ENLARGED AND SHOW MULTIPLE SMALL FOLLICLES IN THE PERIPHERY (4-6MM) POD IS FREE POLYCYSTIC APPEARENCE OF BOTH OVARIES (FOR CLINICAL CORRELATION) OTHERWISE NO SIGNIFICANT ABNORMALLY. What is the meaning pls help

It is polycystic ovarian disease but usg itself is not sufficient to label it you need to get investigated further and to be treated accordingly In this disorder there is usually weight gain ,menstrual irregularity ,infertility and increase facial hairs
