Menstruation problem
I have a normal ovarian cyst in left ovary,it was detected in July,and my doctor said not to worry it's normal,just do follow up ultrasounds,i get my periods on time 25-28 days cycle,but my periods got extended from 7 days to 10 days since May after having sex with my husband,my haemoglobin count is also less,its been 4 months since I got married I need to conceive naturally as early as possible,i need to know why my periods got extended,so my doctor said its normal cyst it goes on its own and to correct menstruation problem she gave m2 tone tablet and heam up fast to increase blood,please guide to conceive asap
