Menstruation
My periods are normal... but bfr 4 or 5 days of periods i fl excessive pain in my stomach.. the pain in for fw seconds...it happens aftr every 4 to 5 hrs... is it nrmal?

Hello there.
The pains is due to the contractions.
These are called cramps.
They are normally present a few days before the periods and also during the periods.
If you have excess pain and along with it if you have excessive flow during your menstrual cycle and it it happens always, then you have to consult a gynaecologist.
