Menstrual irregularity
I had my last periods in 5th of june and for this month i have not had my periods for this month of july.but i m ahving premenstrual symptoms since day 6th of this month with abdominal irritation and mood fluctuations and breast tenderness.i m having an history of menstrual irregularities, but since last 4 months i was having regular periods with almost same date on ol months.

Hello, Irregular periods is caused by hormonal imbalance (like prolactin, oestrogen, progesterone,) hypothyroidism, reproductive tract infections, PCOS, anemia,fibroids, stress, certain medications etc , you need to be examined first to find the cause, don't worry all can be managed with medicines please consult a gynecologist.
