Every month a week before my periods I get severe vomiting nausea but I do have regular cycle with bleeding lasting for 2 days

Hello, One of the possible causes of experiencing nausea before the time of the menstrual period is, changes in the hormone levels, which can increase gastric secretion and cause nausea and vomiting ,,,over counter medicines will be prescribed by doctor, you can take oral contraceptives pills which regularises harmonal level .
