Can we use painkiller during periods ? I get menstrual cramps I.e stomach pain and back ache. Using medicines like meftalspas/ spasmonil plus or any pain killer can cause problem during pregnancy?

I can understand your concern.
You need to use pain killer medicines during menstrual pain or something else?
You can use for pains related to menses.
Don't take such medicines during pregnancy without consulting your gynecologist in person for further evaluation and management.
