Menstrual cramps and back pain

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My last lmp was 9th Jan yesterday I tested with pregsure n results r positive n my beta hcg is 4196.18 but I'm having back pain n menstrual cramps because of which I'm not able to sleep. Is there something I should be worry about
