Not very common. However, other viral or bacterial infections spread with sneezing & coughing on the face. We in India are very bad on this aspect of hygeine. If a person A sneezes on the the person B, A will not feel embarrassed but B will feel embarrassed to point to A. And if he does so, he will be considered rude & B will not to be blamed. Let us develop a culture of politely advising the offender not to do so. It could well be a part of Swachhata Abhiyan
