I can understand your concern.
Yes, they are safe.
If they were not safe, the doctor wouldn't have prescribed you. And secondly, you should be worried if the ear infection is safe or not.
Which I'm sure you know isn't safe.
If you still have a doubt, get it checked out by a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management.
