I am having stomach pain so should I take disprin Or not, kindly tell do we use disprin in stomach pain related conditions

Disprin (Aspirin) is not a drug of choice for stomach pain and you shouldn't take it. It may cause more GI bleeding of you by any chance have developed an ulcer. Please refrain from taking medications without consulting a doctor.

Disprin is not the best drug for stomach pain. Stomach pain is either due to cramps of stomach and intestinal muscles or due to hyperacidity. Hyperacidity becomes worse with disprin and for cramps the best drug is Dicyclomine or Drotin.
