Medicine ineffective -TSH and Prolactin
From last 3 years, I am facing issue of subclinical hypothyroidism ( value varies between 4.5 -5 ) and Prolactin ( value around 25-30). Have been taking thyroxin but TSH value is unaffected ( even after doubling the dose from 12.5 to 25mcg) Prolactin rises again after stopping the cabergoline medication. MRI for pituitary came out normal. Facing hair thinning and fatigue. Issue is undiagnosed. Can you please suggest?
