Dr. Prescribed l carnosine syrup carnivoice for my 2.6 years child who is still not speaking. At the age of 9 months he was speaking papa mummy continuously now he is only making noise but not speaking any words.is this medicine useful.

There is no role of this medicine . As your child is 2.5 years old and not speaking words , moreover has lost whatever speech there was earlier , you need to seek consultation with the Pediatrician
