Medicine closure
6 months back, I was suffering from anxiety. So consulted a doc offline. He gave few tips: pranayam etc and a medicine "embeta xr 25" OD. He said medicine was there for heart palpitations and don't stop it suddenly. I feel better now, want to close this medicine but how to close?? Any specific dosage change (low of high) or duration? Can't connect to Doc as city changed. Please help.

Gradual tapering of medications is advisable. Decrease it to 12.5mg for three weeks to four weeks and stop. Continue doing relaxation exercises.
