Medications for thyroid
I am having TSH = 20.57 ... I was taking thyronol 25 mg .. should I change it to 75 mg ? Also I am having ESR 64 ... I am worried about my ESR as it Is too high from normal range ! ... What should I do ? .. what effects ESR have on my body ? .. I was experiencing back head pain , dizziness at night , vibration in back head and spine,  and weak ness throughout the day .. after which I decided to go for a whole body check and I found these all .. also tryglyceride is 227 , HDL is 36 and VLDL is 45 ... Please suggest what to do and medications to take ?

Tsh about 20 may need change in dose... How about t3 & t4 ? May be 50 umg How about LDL ?
