Medical termination of pregnancy (MTP)

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I had a medical abortion under guidance of a doctor with two tabs of misoprostal on monday and other two on Tuesday. And as my doctor is on leave i need to get few things clear so m asking here. My bleeding slowed down slowly upto Thursday and from then i am only having minor spotting. Today is Friday and i am feeling really very weak and having headache with mild fever of only 36C. Is this normal or is there any complication? And How do i need to take care of myself further as i am already taking fruits and milk more than normal dosage, still i am feeling weak..And from when can i clean my vagina properly with some soap?
