Medical certificate for not vaccinating
I was contracted with covid-19 on May-10th . So as per doctor consultation I could able to take my vaccine on August -2nd week. But In my workplace ,I am asked to provide a medical certificate form doctor stating the same regarding vaccine .. How can I get it?
