Medical certificate for driving license

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Hi, I am looking to get a medical certificate in one of the form to apply for international driving license. It says to need of a MBBS attestation. I am not sure if this is the right forum to ask this question, but if someone is fine I am fine doing an one to one virtual consultation to discuss on further details.
