Is safi safe to drink?? Does it have any side effects?? As I am planning to start having it, so m concern, coz m hostelite and der is no fixed time of sleeping and no proper sleep, bad food habits and timings... plz rply

I can understand your concern
.firstly, since you already said your time fkr sleep and food are not proper, you need to work on that. Have food on time and sleep well everyday.
As far as safi is concerned, yes you can take it. Its safe and doesn't have any side effects.
