Hello there we understand your.concern.towards your health.
And yes what you doubted regarding this product is absolutely correct it has arsenic in more concentration which may lead to poisoning on prolonged usage so we suggest you to not to take this. But if your want to purify your blood then you nay use Apple cedar wood vinegar it's far better and you can use it as a alternative.
