Sir, my father was suffering from pain during urine, Doctor detected meatal stenosis and recommended for surgery named circumscion. Is it correct treatment plz suggest.

No, Meatal stenosis is closure of the orifice of the penis-needs dilation Circumsion is for the closure of the fore  skin around the penis
