Hi. Greetings. Please take paracetamol for fever, oral anti histamine for itching and see a qualified dermatologist near you at the earliest for confirmation of diagnosis. Lot of viral fevers may resemble measles. Also drug allergies too can look the same. So see a specialist soon. Also stay away from elderly and very young children since they'll be at highest risk of contracting infection from you.
