Hi,
I have a miled muscle problem and pain , i tested for actylcholin and it was 8.5 .. my doctor repeat the test but i dont have anyother symptoms beside some muacle problems.... is it myastenia gravis?

Myasthenia diagnosis based on clinical symptoms with positive RNS test and ACH receptor antibody test. Usually pain is not a prominent symptom.
