May have MRSA? Have hep c (since 2014).

I had an outer ear infection about 3-4 weeks ago, I scratched the inside of my ear with a qtip and within two days it had swollen completely shut. I went to urgent care, got augmentin - 10 day course and ear drops. Three days after starting these medicines my other ear swells shut within a 24 hour period. Next day go to doctors, get steroids and levoflaxacin. Ear infection starts getting better after 8 days, no work, no strenuous activity. On 9th day I wake up and my right hand is swollen significantly (no trauma or anything) and the pain in my knuckles was pretty severe, woke me up at about 4am. About three days after that I start getting a fever, on and off between 99.1-102.1 since then until now, about 3.5 weeks. Pain moves up arm into forearm, shoulder, neck, and migraines occurring on right side. Feeling fatigue, extremely dizzy (vision going black, almost falling over) just from standing up. Been extremely thirsty but not urinating a lot. Also - have hep C (since 2014).
