Masterbation side effects treatment.

Dear Doctor, I am 30 years old unmarried individual. Due to indulgence in bad company of porn and masterbation since age of 13 years I am suffering side effects such as: Weak or no morning erections Semen leakage on slight stimulation due to thinking or watching any obscene scene Thin semen. I haven't indulged in intercourse till now and doubt I would suffering from premature ejaculation too. During this period I have followed no fap from time to time but relapsed.I have taken homeopathic, ayurvedic treatment too but of temporary relief.
