but i feels pain in testis and little fever when i not masterbate or sex for 2 day .
and when i masterbate or sex pain just reliefe in 25 minuts.
a local doctor told me "my body needs regular sex .and regular sex is not cause of any problem "???
should i obey him or consult to another specialist.

In my opinion doing or not doing sex either by intercourse or masturbation shall not cause testicular pain or fever. If thats occuring then definitely its not normal and should be treated.
So consult a specialist.
