Hello, meningioma is a tumour, usually benign, arising from meningeal tissue of the brain. Observation with close imaging follow-up may be used in select cases if a meningioma is small and asymptomatic. Meningiomas usually can be surgically resected and result in a permanent cure if the tumor is superficial on the dural surface and easily accessible.
