Hello, you and your wife should undergo thorough examination and investigation to know the cause of infertility,.Low sperm count could also be the cause of infertility.,semen analysis has to be done . Pcos is the common cause for infertility so ultrasound of ovaries is required to comment on fertility. If your wife has no problem give your semen sample to test after a week of abstinence.

It's important to know age of your life partner age.... And co morbities.... Altho just one year After marriage is not an issue, considering age it's important to undergo evaluation and get treated if necessary..
