All started 6, months back when I did check my blood sugars (fasting-103,post meal-162) then suddenly got urine infection (pus cells , epithelial cells ) ,got medicine for that 12 days afterwards I faced some constant burning feeling in my hands , then I visited neurologist adviced by some nerve tests and some vit test,all were normal...then meanwhile I got blood in stool and got immediately admitted in hospital , they performed multiple tests endoscopy colonoscopy ct scan whole abdomen, blood electrophoresis showed mild fatty liver, spleen enlargement (15cm), external and internal haemmoroids...I went for urine 24:hours protein check found proteinuria (274) at that time my blood sugar was normal' without even taking any med or anything and last but not least weight loss (80-73), although it has increased by 5 kgs now(78),I have visited multiple doctors but no one is having answer for my illness, these things are bothering me alot in Life even m not able my regular works, plz help me
