Asked for Male, 35 Years

I would like to get health check up done. I feel tired may be because of lot of work. 6 years back I had high cholesterol, since then I have not checked. Also I did had urine infection as well which is no more there. My request is to suggest what kind of health check up I should go for and where. My home is located at Bellandur. Thanks
