Manual vacuum aspiration

I went today for manual vacuum aspiration - abortion. Doctor suggested to have a normal diet and normal lifestyle like gym. My concern is can I swim tomorrow for 5mins in the competition? I know that there are chances of getting infection. Please guide. Thanks in advance.
