Friend had gone MVA on 14 june , Is it ok if there is no cramps after MVA, she is taking antibiotics course too but sometime meal get vomited by her.. is everything ok?? And what to do to tackle weakness ..??

Yes it is oky not to have cramps
Vomitting is because of antibiotics
And for weakness it is expected
Do good rest and eat healthy and drink plenty fluid
She will be fine
