Male breast lump pain
Hi there. I am a 25 year old male. Kind of unfit and my diet is not very balanced. I have a 1.5 cm x 1.5 cm lump in my left breast behind my nipple (slightly off centre). It is rather tender and aches a lot and whenever my shirt makes contact with my nipple it is slightly painful. My lymph nodes in my neck and armpit seem to be fine and my nipple hasn’t inverted, but the pain is uncomfortable. Any idea what it might be and how to remedy this? Thank you.
