Male boobs
There is a small egg like shape in my chest. It does not hurt but when pinched it does sometimes. Examining it, it is very very hard and i feel veins/arteries alongside it. My nipples are also enlarged compared to other males because of this. This started during puberty.

Hello possible causes like
Cyst
Abscess
Lymphnode enlargement should be ruled out consult physician and surgeon for further evaluation and treatment I hope this helps you solve your problem and recover soon.
