MALA D causes dizziness?

I am using MALA D tablet as a contraceptive. I am a 30 year old woman. I can feel my own heart beat sometimes and sometimes I feel dizzy. Is it because of this tablet? Should I be worried?

I think you need to do full cardiac evaluation and no it does not cause these symptoms
