I m diagnosed with vitD deficiency so along with calcirol sachet once a week i waanna taje magnesium and k2? Can anyone tell me about the mane of the medicines

You can take tab potassium chloride 20 mEq twice or thrice daily for nect 3 to 5 days, depending upon your potassijm levels.
Magnesium sulfate granules are available as oral formulations.
But these medicine are not safe to be consumed by self and need monitoring. Also i need to know what concerns you yo take these medicines. And accordingly i can put down the dosage. Consult online if want further prescription.
