Macular degenerate
Having dry amd at age of 21 . Is it possible? Myopic with -8, -7 D, dry eye, lattice degeneration in one eye.. Rest nothing clinically detected but having symptoms like seeing black smudge in center of both the eyes at night in dim light room when rapidly blinking, black spots appear disappear..no dr is understanding my problem

Hey..is this a doctor diagnosis or your diagnosis ? In moderate to high myopia also, you get vitreous degenaration and symptoms of floaters etc.. PVD or maculpathy can also add to symptoms. You will have to be under docotr follow up, maintain lifestyle, can add some antioxidants , and accept some changes in vision , in terms of floaters.
