Macroglossia
My baby had Omphalocele minor problem.
Baby DOB : 14/11/15
He went through an surgery on 27/11/15 . After his surgery ,he was okay.
Now , from last 10 days , whenever he is having his milk then once or twice in a day he is holding his breath .As per doctor his glottis is getting closure due to macroglossia.

Tongue reduction surgery aims to reduce the length, width and bulk of the tongue.
Surgery is not always recommended in all cases of macroglossia. In some cases the macroglossia may be too mild to warrant surgery. If your child has other medical problems surgery may not be advocated...
