Lung development Steroid
As per LMP my wife is 35w 6d pregnant however as per the ultrasound the baby is 33w 6d old weighing 2250 grams. The doctor has advised us to go for steroid for fetal lung development. The baby is fine and healthy as per the doctor, just a little under weight. Hence i wanted to check if it is required to go for steroid.

hello there. yes. it is required for lung maturity, or else the baby won't be able to breathe and the baby's lung would collapse. do what your doctor says. congratulations for the baby. regards
