Pimples on nipples from 1 month and sometimes itchy, starting it was bit paining, but now no pain, what to do for this, I m very tensed

I understand your concern and the botheration it must be causing you. However, it would need to be evaluated and see how the lesions are exactly. Now that they are painless then can also simply be Montgomery Tubercles. However examination would be needed to comment accurately. Meet a dermatologist in your vicinity. Hope this was helpful.
