Lumps on biceps
I feel 3 small mass in my right bicep, one is at back and near to shoulder(no pain in this), rest 2 are at front and near to elbow joint (little tender when press). i am having almost continuous pain in my shoulder and arm, some time i am feeling pinching pain in my bicep. i don't have fever, no sign of rashes or itching, no weight loss.
i check some articles on internet and i got afraid of it, can u please help me in this.

May be a simple fat deposition.. or hardened muscle fibres ...
