Lumps in scrotum

Asked for Male, 28 Years

There is a lump formation inside my scrotum on the right side of the base of my penis. Used to have some sort of rash in that area and hence was using the Candid-b cream. But this lump came up suddenly and it very tender and is paining a bit. It causing pain in the abdomen area as well.
