Lump under skin on inner thigh that hurt

Asked for Male, 22 Years

At present I am taking treatment for skin problem, Fungal Infection. I have been using tablets since a two weeks(terbinafine and cetrezol L) and luliconazole skin ointment. I was on trip and missed the treatment for 3 days. Lump is small,reddist in color, painful.
