Lump on vaginal wall
My wife 63,had a 6x4.5x2.5cm lump which was removed on4/4/17 after bleeding started.Final report of the hospital says" MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION AND OPENION Sections studied from pelvic wallmass shows ovarian parenchyma with a tumor composed of cells arranged predominately in Solis pattern,nestsand vocally in glandular pattern,the cells have moderate eosinophilic cytoplasm,round to oval nuclei with tiny nucleoli,areas of macrophages with plenty of foreign body giant cells. Sections from the separate piece of vagina shows unremarkable lining epithelium,the subpathelium shows sense sclerosis,moderate chronic inflammatory infiltrate and foci of xanthogranulamatous reaction. IMPRESSION:PELVIC MASS:FEATURES ARE CONSISTENT WITH RECURRENCE IN A K/C/I CA ENDOMETRIUM VAGINA:FREE OF TUMOR.
