Lump On Forehead

Lump on forehead

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have a pea sized, slightly reddish lump on my forehead, near the hairline. It is only slightly painful when touched or when I move my facial muscles. It seems to be under the skin and can be moved. Please advise.
