Lump on back with skin became black spot

Asked for Male, 35 Years

I have history of lipomas, having three lipomas on hands. Recently i have found two lumps on my back below the ribs two lumps which are not same the ones on the hands. skin became black at the two spots and i can feel a lump below the skin.
