What is the best way to self diagnose and detect brain cancer ? I've got a lump on the back of my neck and it sometimes it pains if I don't exercise! No history of brain cancer in my family.

it is not advised for self diagnosis of brain cancer, for the sake any of the medical condition. It is best to visit your family physician to get examined for the lump on the back.
