Lump in the shoulder

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Hi , I have a lump in my shoulder since 6-7 years. When I consulted a doctor then, the doctor said it's some muscle folding and prescribed me medicines which reduced the size of the lump but it was still there. Recently, the size has grown alot so I wish to consult a doctor for the same . Pls recommend which speciality doctor to consult for the same. Thank you
