What should i do wid dis?? Should i get removed?? It doesnt itch thou. Any1 can see the lump?? Surgery?

I think you can consider intralesional kenacort injection before you decide for surgery

It is chalazion in right upper eyelid related with meibomian gland ,still very small in size. I think it will not disappear with medicine & if you want it's removed ,then you will have to undergo minor surgery with no scar on skin.
