Lump in spermatic chord

Asked for Male, 26 Years

4 days ago, I had mild pain in my right testicle. Nd it swallon up. I had pain killers. It helped to some extent but I notice a lump in my spermatic chord. Is it serious problem? Who should I see? Urologist or general surgeon?
